Terms of use

Who we are. Pasan is an online ordering service run by WiRalogy in Brunei Darussalam. It lets food sellers ("sellers") publish an order page and lets their customers place pre-orders.

Sellers. You are responsible for your menu, prices, food safety, any licences your business needs, and for fulfilling the orders you accept. Keep your account details and password private.

Payments. Customers pay sellers directly by cash, bank transfer or tarus. Pasan does not receive, hold or refund customer payments. Questions about a payment or a refund go to the seller.

Customers. Orders are placed with the seller, not with Pasan. Give an accurate name and phone number so the seller can contact you. Bank and tarus orders are cancelled if payment is not made before the time shown.

Plans. The Free plan allows up to 30 orders a month. Paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; they end at the close of the period already paid for.

Acceptable use. Do not use Pasan for anything unlawful in Brunei Darussalam, for items that are not food or drink, or to send spam. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Availability. We work to keep Pasan running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, WiRalogy is not liable for lost sales or indirect losses.

Changes. We may update these terms. We will tell sellers about important changes before they take effect.
